Amazing Results!
I chose this product because it had the necessary things needed for women who are wanting to get pregnant, like myself. I also noticed that my mood felt much better when I was taking it. l would highly recommend this to anyone!

Great for energy and heart health.
Thorne 5-MTHF is a great supplement for heart health and improving energy. I did not have any issues with any of the other medications I take. I have not felt as tired since starting Thorne 5-MTHF. Since heart disease runs in my family every little bit helps.

Easy to Swallow!
What I like best about this folate supplement is the small easy to swallow tablet. It's methyl folate so it's what researchers consider the best kind - especially for pregnant women! I am anxious to try this company's other supplements.

Cute Little Pills that are easy to swallow
Love the size, but can’t tell if I’m getting results. I honestly don’t like taking pills that I can’t chew. I can do powder type vitamins if they mix well, but I just have a hard time with pills you have to swallow. However, these are the perfect size and I don’t feel the pill in my throat like I do with others. I can’t tell if I’m getting results, but my hair does seem healthier and my nails grow fast, so I assume they’re working.

Nothing's changed
I've been taking this vitamin for a few weeks and can't tell any difference. It should provide energy, focus, and potentially be a mood enhancer. I get more of those attributes from drinking Airborne.

Natural way to address mood, gut, brain, and heart health
I got this because I've heard good things about it helping with mood and fatigue. It's supposed to help with heart, gut, and brain health too! I was going to take it and then my husband and I decided to start trying to conceive, which meant I started taking a prenatal vitamin with folic acid in it. I don't want to overdo it on the Vitamin B, so I haven't started taking this yet. But, I plan to once I'm no longer taking the prenatal vitamins. This pill is a methylated version of folate that is more easily absorbed by the body, especially in people with a specific gene mutation called MTHF. I don't have the mutation as far as I know, but figured it'd be worth a shot as a natural way to improve mood and energy. Looking forward to trying it!

These work great for me
I am very impressed with this product. I used to not focus on what I needed to because I felt foggy sometimes. I have not felt foggy at all since taking this medication. I have been able to focus on my work a lot more. I am low in folate levels and low iron and this product has helped with that. I will continue to take this product. These pills are easy to swallow. I recommend them.

Too soon to tell......
Just started to take this supplement, so it's a little early in the game to see if this actually makes a difference in my supplement routine. The capsules are extremely small and narrow so they are super easy to swallow and digest. Hoping for some great results so I can continue with them as part of my regimen.

Small capsules
The capsules are small and easy to take each day. They are a good addition to your multi vitamins. I appreciate there is no aftertaste at all. They are an easy way to add supplements into your daily vitamin regime.

Great source for Folate
Thorne Folate is an excellent source for getting my much needed folate during my pregnancy. This was recommended by my doctor and I find that it is an easy pill to swallow. It also does not make me gag like other brands have.

Noticeably different.
I was skeptical at first. Honestly I have noticed a difference. I will definitely be buying more when I need to. Value wise it’s not too bad. I would be happier if it was a bit less. However it works great.

Great product
I started taking this after being diagnosed with a MTHFR gene mutation. Methylfolate is the best way to supplement folate, not folic “enriched” foods. It’s helped with mood and energy; I have no complaints with this product.

Quality products!
Clean and well made. Thorne makes quality products that are not the same as over the counter brands. Priced higher than others but you get what you pay for. This is a form of vitamin b that most people need.
