Elisa Nebolsine, LCSW, practices cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) in her Alexandria, VA, private practice. She is adjunct faculty at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and an award-winning clinician in the Washington, DC, area.
