I've been using them for about 8 months and have it on auto delivery because it's so popular that even though, run out of it. It really helps you with the frequency of going to the bathroom and help with the bloating.I stopped it for 2months and saw the difference right away. I went back to it for the great benefits. Wonderful product .Natural and no side effects.

I bought this product after having blood work done. That test showed low liver function. After using it as directed for about three months, my recent blood test came back with more positive results. I’m very happy with this product.
