The granules do not completely dissolve. You have to use a cloth to wipe out the granules, run another tub clean or both. Such a waste of money, water, electricity and time. Just use bleach.

I’ve been using this product for a few years and it really leaves my washing machine smelling fresh. I use it at the beginning of each month. I just open the pack and add it to the machine, using hot water and the regular cycle.
