Small, very heavy, and not white
This survived the ride to my house, despite the lack of packing supplies used. I was surprised how heavy it was and that it wasn't cracked or chipped with only paper covering the inside bottom of the box. It isn't as pretty as the picture. It is grey and brown rather than primarily white like pictured online. It is also small- too small for what I had planned.

Broken serving stand
This arrived with crumbled up paper (no bubble wrap) and broken. The pajam bottoms I ordered were not enclosed in anything and were tangled around the broken pieces. An absolute disgrace! I will not order again as the shipping department has no idea how to wrap breakable things.

Beautiful but broken on arrival due to poor packaging
It’s beautiful, unfortunately whom ever packaged it was a dolt. It was protected with one piece of paper and was broken upon arrival. They really need quality control with their packing department. Clearly the employee that did this had no work ethic or integrity. And now they are having me return the broken item until they can issue a replacement. The employee should have his/her pay docked.
