A: Hello and thanks for your question! All our cheese is made exclusively with a fermentation-produced rennet (also referred to as “enzymes”) that is considered vegetarian. You will find a mention of this on product packaging which indicates that the rennet is vegetarian / no animal rennet is used.

My favorite sliced cheese brand!
 My family loves all of the Tillamook cheeses. the provolone is really great for Italian dishes such as lasagna.  My boys like to also just play around with different cheeses to make fancy grilled cheese sandwiches and mix them up. The provolone has good flavor, and thick slices, perfect for roll ups, casseroles or sandwiches.

I absolutely LOVE this
I absolutely LOVE this cheese! It's soft and so flavorful. A lot of provolone has a dry texture with a very bland taste but Tillamook is the opposite; This is the way that Provolone is supposed to taste! It's great as a snack on and on chicken and burgers, you can't go wrong with this flavor or brand!
