Q: Is this product kosher?

A: Hello and thanks for your question! We currently only make one certified kosher cheese, which is our Kosher Medium Cheddar. However, all of our cheeses (with the exception of our Maker’s Reserve 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 cheddars) are considered vegetarian and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients besides milk.

This is my favorite pre-shredded triple cheddar blend! Tillamook shredded cheese looks more like hand-grated cheese from the block than does its competitors. The creamy, smooth texture is ideal for my omelets and frittatas, or whatever I choose to use it in. You won’t find that crumbly annato additive that’s used in competitor products to keep their shredded bits from sticking together, no Sir. Of course, the flavor delivers - it’s Tillamook!
