I wasn't quite sure if I would like the chunks of apple but they were a nice contrast to the smooth creamyness of the vanilla base. I loved the crisp topping that was mixed into the ice cream; it had the perfect texture--not too hard at all. Overall, a delicious ice cream that is perfect especially for the holidays!
