For years, we have upheld the Tinkyada tradition for perfection by offering a pleasantly good taste pasta, stone ground and formed to gourmet class. Made from whole grain and no other cereal but rice, our pasta is easy to prepare like any regular pasta and easy to digest. Tinkyada pasta is wheat-free, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, a great source of fiber, Kosher certified, certified organic by the Organic Crop Improvement Association, and is a Canadian product made from U.S.A. rice. Best GF Fettucini
Love, love, love this gf fettucini style pasta. It is so versatile, you can use it in any stir fry (for lo mein), Italian pasta dish, chicken noodle soup etc. Has a great flavor, holds its shape and doesn't get mushy, overall a great product.

I am having issues with wheat but love my pasta. This lets me have it and can't tell the difference from wheat pasta. Only company I have found that I can say that about.

not as good as the spag style
just tends to stick together and is more difficult to cook to a slight al dente than the spaghetti style pasta. also more expensive for LESS

Great Pasta
This is so good, I've served it to non-health food peeps on numerous occasions. They had no idea they were eating a wheat free pasta. That's a test of an alternative food! Do pay attention to cooking times, as it will get soggy if overcooked. That's just the nature of rice pasta.

Excellent Pasta
All of the Tinkyada pasta products are wonderful! I've tried them all. I need the gluten free and the texture and taste are far better than when I could eat wheat pasta. Great Value.

Tinkyada Pastas
I use many of the Tinkyada pastas and love them. To avoid the wheat issue this fits the bill and if you cook it properly it doesn't end up mushy like so many of the alternative pastas do. I buy the Fettucinni noodles and break them into smaller noodles to make a healthier chicken noodle soup. My husband often requests it. It has allowed me to convert him to a healthier eating lifestyle and yet he doesn't feel deprived of "traditional" comfort foods.
