Assembly took me a long time but once it was finished I'm satisfied with the finished product. One of the part came cracked but I used it anyway. I emailed them like they instructed to replace the part but I didn't get a reply yet.

Wear down and fall apart after 14 months
Got two of these. Put together about 14 months ago and it’s falling apart. We got these to store some our kids toys and our kids to sit on. Unfortunately the screws on both units started stripping and eventually fell out to the point where they’re not safe for our kids to use anymore and we have to get rid of them.

My order has been delayed since JULY. Every time I’ve contacted customer support they’ve told me it’ll be the last time the order is delayed but now it’s delayed until October. I don’t understand why it’s taking months to ship this. At this point I’m not sure if I should just cancel the order

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we got this because we wanted something for our Livingroom that we could have to sit and hang out and it open up the room a bit. We had to recently take our fabric chairs out because they kept getting scratched up by the cats. We wanted something that we think is going to last quite some time and isnt as easily damaged. This is perfect! it has a bunch of storage space and it fits nicely in the corner. it is very sturdy and can seat multiple people we have a little round coffee table that it pairs great with. It took a little longer than we expected it to put together but it is a nice bench. We got some cards and board games in it and its nice to sit at when we have people over. Its somewhere to sit and somewhere to put stuff. For us its perfect! I like it a lot more than i thought i would and its exceeded my expectations. We are happy we got it.

Product came damaged and is not of quality material. Have to figure out how to get ahold of supplier because I want my broken pieces replaced. For this price it is ridiculous to have anything damaged
