A: Hi Janie - The insulated sportee cup is best for cold drinks, as hot drinks don't work well with the spill-proof valve.

A: Hi there - These cups are more suitable for babies who are 12 months or older, but every baby is different. We also have trainer sippy and trainer straw cups which are more suitable for younger babies.

Q: is the spout soft or hard?

A: Hello - the spout on the Sportee cup is covered in TPE, so it is softer than a hard plastic spout but not super soft and flexible like a silicone bottle nipple for example.

I purchased these for my toddler. It would be great for ages 2-5. It is truly leak proof which is awesome. They also fit in the average cup holder which is convenient for travel. I would highly recommend these, my son loves them!

These are my favorite cups so far. They have a nice flow with little restriction, unlike "the first years" cups. If you get the pieces in correctly they are truly leak proof. Washing and assembly is easy. My boys love the little handle. The only downside is that the inside piece of the lid pops off occasionally. Definitely not the cup for ice cubes.

I don’t know how anyone gets these to stop leaking. The valve is installed properly but constantly leaks. Even if my kid just shakes the bottle up and down it shoots his drink all over.

Love this cup! and so does my kid. There’s mold in your cups because you are not properly cleaning the white and clear pieces. They come apart and need to be washed every single time you wash the entire cup. Not washing the pieces will create mold build ups. Hope this helps a few people

We have so many sippy cups but a lot of them have issues. This cover is easy to twist on/off, doesn’t leak, easy for little ones to grip and comes in a 2 pack with cute colors. I like the firmer spout, too because my kids always chew holes in them. These may be pricier but they are worth it when you can toss them in the diaper bag and not worry about soaking all the extra clothes 😫

The inside of the lid grooves is so hard to clean even with buying a detail bottle brush it’s almost not even worth buying it and this cup gets so much more tasty then the other cups I’ve tired I don’t know why. Bug just that alone the clean is a hassle. If that problem was fix it would be my favorite cup ever

You have to tip the bottle for the water to come out and the baby needs to suck on the bottle. It’s maybe is good for bottle babies but the water comes out too slow for those going into 1 years old or those who are already eating. Maybe our baby was more advanced and started drinking from straws and straight from cups but this cup did not work for our baby.
