A: Hello, The Tommie Copper Sport Compression Gloves are designed for everyday activities. The gloves feature silicone dots for enhanced grip; however, they do not provide any cushion/padding on the palms. We would not recommend using these for weightlifting. They can be used with general exercise.

Falling Apart
The little grips fell off within an hour of opening the package and the stitching is loose.

Good price, bad product
It’s not the best, but if you’re on a budget it’s alright. I’m leaving it as a 1 star because after using it for a week, majority of the grip circles on the glove have fallen off. Mind you, I didn’t use these gloves more than 5 times and without vigorous movement. There is also a small hole from the string being undone and notice another starting to become undone. I use these gloves for arthritis purposes and the snugness is good but overall still disappointed.
