Introduced 6 weeks pre-surgically, I was able to avoid the medical approach of laxatives and stool softeners, relying entirely on Sunfiber to expedite the recovery process and experience proper bowel movement almost immediately a day after surgery. I use it in my coffee, matcha tea, and even sipping bone broth and while it is utterly tasteless, it does enhance the flavor of my hot drinks. More importantly, SubFiber has successfully given me regularity on a daily basis. I have long struggled with constipation likely due to hormone changes and perimenopause/menopause.
