Been using TG Evolve for about a year. Some improvement are 1. Larger base under tower for more stability 2. Marking on section where handles are connected so that easy to place and install pins 3. For some reason tower is tilted making raising the levels difficult. 4. Proving hooks so that the handles are easier to reach while lying face down on bench Otherwise it’s solid overall machine.

As someone who has a young family and is in medical school, my available time to exercise is VERY limited. This TG makes it possible for me to get a full body workout daily in just about 20-25 minutes. It is so easy to use, extremely versatile, and every movement is smooth. We are living with family during medical school and it’s really nice that this machine folds up and hardly takes any space at all when stored. I would highly recommend the Evolve if you have the budget for it.

Hello, Hello, I am disappointed with the machine. After using the XLT for 8 years I expected better. The machine was designed for a tall user. Level 13 and above is very hard to get on. The weight bar is in the way of getting on. It should be on either end of the glideboard and not in the middle. The ab crunch handles are very hard to mount. Unless you are tall, it is hard to reach the ab handles once your knees are on the glideboard. The biggest problem is raising the glideboard above level 12. It sticks and drags and is very difficult to move it up.Once it is up it is difficult to move it down at first then moving down is good. It appears Total Gym sacrifised functionality for appearance. The original hook and ladder machine was very good. Bryan I am disappointed with this machine. After using the XLT for 8 years I expected better.

The Total Gym Evolve is a well built serious machine and a great purchase for me. I am already seeing good toning results and look forward to using it every day!

Gym Is As Expected and love the flat bench option.

I got mine as a upgrade from an old machine that still worked. I like the level platform ability instead of the old forced incline.

I have had my total gym Evolve for about a month now and absolutely love it! I was introduced to TotalGym through physical therapy and decided to invest in one for home use - best decision ever!! It is sturdy and heavy, but I am still able to make the board adjustments without help from my husband. It is a great workout and I think will be useful to keep me in shape for years to come.

I previously had an older version of the Total Gym, which I used regularly and enjoyed a lot. My new TG Evolve blows my older version away. I love it! The padding is so much thicker and higher quality. There is no friction on the sliding bench. It glides so easily. The adjustable height range allows for higher adjustments which equals more resistance. I am truly thankful for this product and can say that it was well worth every penny I spent in purchasing it. I have seen tremendous muscle growth since using this. I have lifted weights for decades but enjoy this product and see just as good results, or even better, from my TG Evolve. When they say it's the only piece of equipment you'll really ever need, they're telling you the truth. The variety of exercises and workouts available to you are geared to tone the entire body and every muscle group. All you have to do is make the commitment to get on it and go. You'll see and " feel" the results in short order. I did, and I'm hooked.

The Total Gym Evolve is an amazing piece of gym equipment. I am able to get a full body workout in without the fuss of having to change multiple weights, jump to different machines or wait in line.

Over the past 20 years I've owned the xls, the fit and now the Evolve. Overall the quality build and materials heve been notched up. I'm living proof The Total Gym really works. Consistency is key.

I love my Total Gym Evolve except for 2 things - it is really heavy to put up and down and I have a terrible time trying to remove and re-attach the cable.
