I hike trails. As a biproduct I struggle with nighttime leg and ankle and foot cramps, even though I hydrate. This seems to help prevent them, giving me much needed sleep. Yes, it does have a flavor, but when diluted with my spring water, it's not dissimilar to the flavor of coconut water, which I find palatable.

Great product and good shipping time
I use this for nocturnal cranks and it’s the only thing that I have found that stops the cramps within 3 min with no soreness afterwards. I can’t imagine what I would do without it. I order it and it arrives in good time with good packaging that keeps it in good condition. Thanks so much

It works great.
I really like this product. I know it tastes different and salty but have gotten used to the taste. I can tell if I have forgotten to take it. I perk right back up after taking it. My sister can't tolerate it, so I get her Buoy. It doesn't have as many servings as Trace Minerals, so a better buy for me. I am in my 70's and realized this is part of my healthy regimen.

Works effectively; shipment wasn’t the best.
Really helps top up my electrolytes when I add to my daily water bottles~ taste isn’t great, like an “overly filtered, super soft water” kind of a taste, but it helps me out a lot, so that does deter me from using. The only thing I will say is that Swanson shipped me bottles that I discovered were ever-so-slightly leaking when I finally opened the box a week later~ the bottles get so jostled during shipment that the caps come undone a bit, and they really need to do something about that~ shrink-wrap them or something.

I'm well into my first bottle. I put the recommended serving in a bottle of water and jog a few miles with it, drinking as needed along the way. I'm confident I'm treating my body intelligently with this product.

Taste nasty in water!!!
I thought I found the right one but sadly no. I was just looking for a sugar free non flavored electrolyte supplement. Im on the keto diet so I chose this and this made my water taste SOOOO nasty even when I added juice to it with my sugar free Meo flavor enhancers. DISGUSTING. tastes like salty robitussin.

I read the reviews before ordering this but nothing will prepare you for the taste! I tried mixing it with everything I could think of and nothing covers it up! It is really bad! I thought I would try and choke it down as maybe the benefit would be worth it but have taken it for a week now and don't notice any difference. The taste is absolutely awful!

My wife and I own a landscape business in Florida. We work outside 5-6 days a week. Like anywhere in the southern U.S., working outside is a hot and sweaty proposition. These electrolytes are a life saver, literally. We add 4-6 drops per quart bottle of water. We each drink about 3-4 quarts of water per day, in the summer. This product is a much healthier way to get electrolyte supplementation than those sugar bombs they sell in the convenience stores.

Works Fantastic!!
I live in Phoenix and work outside year round. This product works better than all the sports drinks I've tried. Granted is doesn't taste that good, kinda of a salty, metallic taste, but it is the best I have found to keep me going through the hot summer days. You do have to shake this up because it does settle at the bottom. The label says it's gluten free and certified vegan. I would rather drink this when needed than consume all the extras found in the sports drinks.

Does the Job
I saw only one review on this item and had to write my own since it is true that the taste is awful, BUT it works better than any sports drink or powder that I have ever tried against mineral loss due to sweating. My husband and I both take it... it is summer now in Phoenix and the temperature is averaging 105-110 right now. It works awesome at making me feel 'revived' from the heat. Tip: I take my teaspoon in a shot glass of water, then swiftly follow it with cold water. The taste is not so bad that way.

Taste is Dreadful..
I just started taking this so I cant review the effectiveness yet but I can tell you the taste is awful. It's difficult to get it down even when mixed with juices or flavored drinks. Buy the pills!!
