Q: How can you take the shelves down to move them?
A: Perhaps do the reverse of the instructions when putting it together? Unscrew the screws at the bottom first. This would likely free the shelf from the bracket. Once the shelf is removed, you can just unscrew all the screws that hold the bracket in place. The plastic anchors though may have to be pushed into the wall [to drop them into the space between walls - that would be their grave unless you do some massive remodeling] if you can't pull them out. You just have to purchase new anchors. This is just a guess btw. I am just in the process of mounting mine so I haven't really tried taking it down yet. A: Hi Amickay - Thanks for the question. The shelves and mounting hardware can both be removed and reinstalled in a different place if you decide to move them. Have a great day! - Mattsubmitted byguest services - 6 years agoTarget staff support

Q: Step 4. Install screws (C) into anchors (A), there is one anchor per side. Per side of bracket, 2? Per side of each rod, all 4? If I use 1 of the long stud mount screws (D), should it be the center?
A: Hello - Thank you for reaching out with your questions. We recommend installing anchors for each 30mm Phillips head screw, there are 2 on each side and one center. Step 2 shows where these slots are on the metal bracket. You may choose to stud mount your shelf as well for additional security, any of the slots in metal bracket are workable as long as you are drilling 2 of these stud screws into a stud in your wall. If this is not the case feel free to continue with the standard installation using the 5 anchors, 5 30mm Phillips head screws, and 2 19mm Phillips head screws. It is not necessary to utilize the 50 mm stud screws, these are included for the option of stud mounting. I hope this information is helpful. Q: Can these shelves be installed in a humid bathroom?
A: Hello Rachael93 - Our shelving is tested to a certain moisture content- to not exceed 10%. If the bathroom isn’t properly ventilated with a fan I’d suggest not putting them in that bathroom. - Tanishasubmitted byTanisha - 2 years agoTarget staff support

Q: Every picture has a shelf bracket that is curved on top and the bottom of the bracket is slightly bent away from the shelf to allow it to slide into the wall bracket, mine is flush with the shelf at the bottom. Do I have the wrong piece?
A: Hi Tduff - Thanks for reaching out! The bracket used for this shelf is the rod system, which is flat. It sounds like you have the correct piece for installation. We hope this helps and you're enjoying your new shelf. - Shellysubmitted byShelly H - 5 years agoTarget staff support
