The Transitional Swaddle Sack® is the easiest and safest way to transition from swaddling. Features Little Sleeves with a Big Purpose™. When parents close the mitten cuffs on the 1/2-length sleeves, the uniquely-shaped sleeves will provide partial suppression of the Moro (Startle) Reflex which will help baby sleep better, and if baby rolls over on to tummy, baby can use their arms to lift upper body and reposition head to get access to air, making the Transitional Swaddle Sack a safer sleep solution. When baby is ready to transition from a swaddle, but not ready for a sleeveless wearable blanket, the Transitional Swaddle Sack will help baby sleep better by (1) keeping baby snug and warm, (2) providing partial suppression of the Moro reflex, and (3) allowing
baby to self-soothe by sucking on his or her hands. Foldover mitten cuffs may be worn open or closed, when open, baby can self-soothe by sucking on hands, and when closed, protects baby from facial scratches. The lower section supports baby’s legs in a flexed position while still allowing room to stretch, and the Transitional Swaddle Sack provides some suppression of the Startle Reflex for the legs. The Hip Healthy design complies with the International Hip Dysplasia Institute guidelines and allows baby's knees and hips to flex. The 2-way zipper has two zipper pulls – one at the neckline and one at the foot of the sack. The zipper zips down from the top to make it easy to place baby in the sack and zips up from the feet to make it easy to change baby’s diaper. The award-winning and patented design delivers better sleep and safer sleep for baby. US Patents 11,812,795 and D883613. EU, UK, China and international patents listed online.

My baby loves this swaddle. She still has arm mobility and it isn’t too tight on her, but it settles her and keeps her from startling at night, without being overly suppressive. I like that it’s transitional as well. Great for the price.

My baby loves his hands by his head, so this is great for him at bedtime so he goes down easier. Lots of room for him to kick and wiggle too. Double zipper makes it easy to put him in the swing but still be able to be warm, or change diapers in the middle of the night without taking off

It’s very soft material, send comfortable. I didn’t get to use the open mitt version because it was too small and didn’t last long enough for my 3 month old. I would suggest sizing up. I also wish it had the TOG to make future purchases.

My 3 day old son hates the swaddle and somehow always breaks through them and covers his face. After two sleepless nights because of his Harry Houdini moves, I decided to try this swaddle that I was saving for when he got older. He was so much more comfortable and I had piece of mind and a little more sleep than usual.

Ordered this off line and was sent a used item it smelled like someone had washed it so I’m assuming they returned it…the arms on there is very short idk what baby they were thinking about when making it because it’s the length of a doll baby not a human baby no matter the size

The material seems like good material and my baby loves to squirm her legs around so I think it will be beneficial that way but the arms area seem to be too short to be used with them as mittens. my baby's just past 3 weeks. I should have gotten the 3-6 months. not sure if it does the same in that size as well but besides that I'm pretty happy with my purchase so far. I just wanted to be able to keep her hands warm as well.

The PERFECT transition from the Love to Dream swaddle. My baby liked to sleep with his hands by his face and the Love to Dream swaddle was perfect for him. We switched to this swaddle sack between 3 and 4 months and it was a seamless transition, providing just enough extra space for his arms with room to grow. He can move his arms and suck on his hands but this sack provides just enough resistance to keep him feeling snug and secure. He’s nearly 5 months now and he still sleeps great with hands in mitten mode. If you’re a fan of the Love to Dream swaddle, you NEED this sleep sack!

This will keep baby warm! It’s a slightly thicker material, and very soft! It’s a bit tight on arms where hands can be free of mittens, my baby couldn’t fit her arms all the way through. And I ordered a larger size! Great if using just as sleep sack with mitten part.

wanted to love it, was trying to transition away from swaddles (we used the velcro kind) so i got this. she hated having her arms in it unless they were open, which defeated the purpose of why i bought it. we ended up just taking away the swaddle and she adjusted in literally one day. wouldn't hurt to try it for your baby though!

this swaddle is great for longer babies, it provides extra legroom so when your baby stretches it doesn't pull the rest of the swaddle off of his shoulders and chest.

My baby loves it!! My baby very quickly grew out of wanting to be tightly swaddled and I noticed during the day he would sleep in his lounger with his arms up so I thought this would be perfect. This swaddle has become a vital part of our night time routine. My baby fights his naps frequently during the days but once his 8pm feeding comes around and I put him in the swaddle you can tell from his facial expressions he knows it’s bedtime and he sleeps well! I bought this one secondary to the “love to dream” swaddle up but now I only use this one because it’s the better of the two. It gives a little more freedom with arm movement but still keeps him secure and comfortable and doesn’t pull tightly on the back of his neck when he moves his arms like the love to dream one does. As far as sizing goes my baby is a big baby so I opted for the larger size, 3-6 months, and my baby was 3 weeks at the time. He is 6 weeks old now and still wears it every night. I am noticing it is getting a little more snug around the circumference of his neck as he grows so I will keep an eye on that, other than that no problems.

Working well for us. Daughter sleeps well in it. Was using a sleep sack with arms up but hands covered and this has either way. With hands out she’s been able to self soothe and now sleeping 10 hours a night. Daughter is 3.5 months.

My daughter loved being swaddle with the halo swaddles. She rolled over so I had to immediately stop swaddling. She slept so good being swaddled but when I tried this she did great. She’s 5 months now and figured out how to get one hand free so I started keeping both hands out and it didn’t affect her sleep at all. This is a great transitional swaddle. I tried leaving one arm out of her halo but it would wake her up constantly. This one gives them a little more freedom but still feel secure so it makes the transition so much easier and once they’re ready to have the hands completely free its a really easy transition.

I had only boughten this so that my 3 month old had an extra layer of clothing to sleep in. But holy molly, she sleeps throughout the night now! Before purchasing this, she would go to sleep at midnight and wake up 1 or 2 times at night. Now she goes to sleep at 10pm and doesnt wake up till 6 or 7am! I highly recommend this!!

Amazing. Our pediatrician said our daughter could sleep as long as she likes, no more waking her for feedings. She was only sleeping for 2-3.5 hours at a time in her sleep sack, so I decided to try one of these. The first night she slept for a 5 and a 4 hour stretch. The next night for a 6 and a 5 hour stretch! She was able to self soothe and get herself back to sleep without crying. This sleepwear is great!

I bought this for my 3mo old and was kind of concerned he wouldn’t like it, since he’s been swaddled tight since the day he was born. But he absolutely loves it! He’s slept through the night since he was a month out and that was my biggest concern, that he wouldn’t sleep as good, but he still does!
