A: Most people have trouble with textured walls, we do not recommend it.

Q: Wondering about the adhesive. How many times can you take the decals off and reposition them? Wondering if the adhesive will wear off and how easily. Also will the adhesive damage paint/walls?

A: Thank you for your question. Our decals will not damage the walls or the paint. Please do not apply them to freshly applied paint for at least 4 weeks. These decals are good on smooth surfaces with no texture. You don't want to constantly take them off and put them on a different wall or it will lose the adhesive but these will last you for a long time.

I was very hesitant to buy this because I had a bad experience with a fathead decal before. It's stuck all to itself when you took it out of the package and I thought I would be doomed with so many pieces with this one.
I was so pleasantly surprised. It sticks great to the wall but was so easy to remove from the backing and handle and apply! I plan to add black photo frames with family photos. But so far, I love it even by itself.

This product is great to work with! it goes on easily and is easy to work with if you want to preposition...I really wanted to give it 5 stars...however getting started is tricky...if the Tree was labeled with the branches being identified with a letter of the alphabet or a number it would get a rating of 5 easily - once you figure it out using the picture they give you it starts going on very nicely - and there are plenty of pieces to make it look full and very nice...we hung pictures of family on it making it a family tree this was a great project and wonderful Fathers Day Present!

Sometimes these are hard to install as they are too sticky or not sticky enough. This was perfect. Also, it is not too shiny as others I have tried. I am very pleased with this purchase and would purchase this brand again. The only part I did not love was the random way they were in the package. Maybe it was just me, but I struggled to figure out how it all went together to look like the picture on the box. I took the picture and taped it on the wall where I was placing it and cut up the pieces and laid them out on the floor to get an idea of how I was going to install it. Turned out great!
