I bought two of these to sit on each side of a window in my bedroom. I loved the style, but beyond that these shelves are terrible. None of the holes line up. The material is super cheap. They may last long enough for us to build the floor to ceiling shelves we are planning. I don't think these would be stable enough for any collection of items weighing over five pounds. I'm so disappointed.
