True Comfort by 1888 Mills Mill & Thread Waffle Comforter Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m was very excited to be gifted a Mill & Thread comforter set, however my enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment upon receiving the comforter snd shams. The material was very scratchy and felt quite cheap, not even comfortable enough to use in our guest room. The fabric also is prone to holding wrinkles. It felt unpleasant against my skin and looked disheveled and tacky when added to my bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This comforter set is such a pretty color. It held up well after the first wash. It has a little bit of a soft silky feel to it so I’m finding myself having to adjust the comforter occasionally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting this to be fluffier than it was, but was pleasantly surprised that it was thinner and denser, which will make it nice for cooler temperatures. The waffle texture isn’t bad, was a little scratchy, but not enough to be annoying. Comes in a nice little travel/carry bag which makes it nice for storage and lugging around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be great weight for spring and summer and fall. Thin but not too thin. I thought the presentation was great! I think the quality and comfort level is great. The quality gets a little knock of its points cuz the stuffing/fluff stuff was settling in the corners right out of the package. It had no separation stitching to keep it from not doing that. So I can definitely tell that after a little use and then a lot of use this will not look good cuz the stuff will all be stuck in the corners. It’s one of my pet peeves. I’d pay extra to have this not happen. I think if someone had this in like a spare room or guest room as a display type thing it would be better than a daily use item — the price of this online and the quality would make me want it for a guest room. It wasn’t soft but it wasn’t stiff. It wasn’t thick- can’t imagine being super warm. Definitely good just not great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This comforter is just what I was looking for. It fit my bed well with no sagging or bunching. I love the waffle weave and think it helps keep heat in. I really like the color as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received from voxbox. The color aqua was not as bright as the picture. It’s a little duller with grayish tint which is nice also. The material is not as soft and cheaper polyester material feel. The waffle design but doesn’t feel like typical waffle texture. Not very high quality. The material is very thin. I wouldn’t even consider it a comforter. More like a thin blanket or duvet cover. The size is good typical queen size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this set from Mill&Thread in return for a honest review. It is a pretty muted aqua color that would be nice with any color bed frame. It is a comforter set vs duvet which could limit the year round usage in some climates but it is lightweight and the waffled outer layer is thin so for us it is perfect. It came with two shams which completes the set. I was expecting a thicker waffle fabric so it does hold wrinkled a bit more than I would like but It would be good set for a teen or college bound kid.
