I recieved this item for free. Pros- works like any other 1mg melatonin however yku have to take 2 of these to get the 1mg vs 1. I also don't love that the first ingredient is glucose and sugar. They do work tho and my kids like the flavor.

I started to give these to my son at the age of 12 they really helped put him to sleep early and he woke up well rested not groggy and I’ve also noticed that they really boosted his growth. Not sure if it had anything to do with these but he grew about 2 in during the fall the first year, so we started the the protein shakes at about 14 years old and he grew again during the summer (parents are both 5’4) he is 5’6 and still growing. I do wish they were cost efficient
