k3

The only supplement that actually had k3 in it which makes it a good use for growth. K3 helps d3 move into the bones and helps support growth. Ingredients are the best and quality is good. Taste not great but size is small great benefits noticeable improvement in my child's height in a short period of time.

For bone growth

The quality is excellent, the size is very convenient for swallowing the vitamin, the daily dosage is correct, the taste is neutral and not particularly strong, the ingredients are fresh and of good quality, I think. Supplements are beneficial for the body.
