Similar to TUCKS® Medicated Cooling Pads, the inclusion of witch hazel cools and soothes sensitive areas for multi-symptom hemorrhoid relief. TUCKS® Triple Relief Hemorrhoidal Cream comes with a custom dispensing cap attachment that allows for targeted, finger-free application. Directions Adults: • when practical, clean the affected area with mild soap and warm water and rinse thoroughly • gently dry by patting or blotting with toilet tissue or a soft cloth before application of this product • when first opening the tube, remove foil seal. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't usually get pain associated with hemorrhoids, so I cannot review that aspect of this cream from Tuck's. I do, however, get a very intense itch that is super uncomfortable and embarrassing. It's not constantly present, but it happens enough that I'm constantly worried about it. This cream took my worries almost entirely away. It doesn't treat the underlying issue, but it does resolve the itchiness so I am far more comfortable and less worried about when that itch will strike. The itch was severe enough to wake me up at night and keep me awake, and applying before bed eliminated that problem entirely. I use it before bed, before going anywhere, and before working out and I have had a lot less of an issue. Highly, highly recommend this cream.

The white cream is thick and soft to smooth on effected area a little more comfortably without much pressure or drag. The cream shrinks, cools, and protects while providing pain relief . It takes about 5-10 minutes to feel more comfortable. There’s a slight witch hazel scent and a slight sting at first for a more irritated area. , but not as much for a flare up that’s caught early.

The pads are not messy or sticky, and they don't have a strong smell. As a new mom had that issue, i highly recommend for every mom to use it
