Smashed and Broken on Arrival
Would have been a gorgeous item if Target could figure out how to box correctly for shipping. As others have said, they use boxes that are too large and they don't include any packing material to cushion the items in the box. My purchases arrived smashed to pieces. Sadly this one is not available in any store in my area so shipping was my only option. I should have read other peoples reviews before ordering this item.

I think this is very cute but I would not recommend buying if you are having it shipped. It came in a giant box with nothing wrapped around or padding and it was completely busted up upon arrival

Wood Cracked All Around!
The whiteboard itself is fine and serves its purpose but the wooden surround arrived cracked on almost every corner. Not sure if it was the shipping process or just poor quality materials but I would not purchase again unfortunately.

Easier to put up with your own hardware.
I thought the hardware would already be applied or easy to install wire. It comes with it's own, but I preferred to use what I have. Luckily I had my own claw install hardware from Michaels for a buck. Love the green trim. Marker works well and doesn't stain badly when removed. Would consider buying the additional U Brands Erase Boards.
