UAG iPad Pro 13" (7th Gen, 2024, M4) Folio Case Metropolis SE Series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically love UAG products, I have many of them, but this one is not a winner. I dropped my iPad less than 2 feet and it broke so I had to replace it. Fortunately I have AppleCare. I did attempt to return it, but it was past the 30 days so they couldn’t take it back. I would recommend a stronger case to protect the latest version of the iPad Pro.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cover is slick and doesn’t have texture like prior version. Worry it might slip out of my hands. The cover blocks finger access towards the power on/off button. I like the prior version better. Assumed it would be the same as it looked the same on the website but hard to notice these fine details.

My first was about a decade ago when I bought a cover and screen protector from them for the original iPad Pro. I finally broke down and upgraded to the newest iPad Pro. Of course I went back to the company I initially trusted. I am definitely pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front flap that covers tge screen is just that. It is a flap that folds back to reveal the screen. The flap does not have any means of securing it so you have to hold it tightly or it flops around and can cause you to drop the iPad. The cover needs some means to secure it when you’re holding it open and it’s not sitting on a desk top. The cover works well when sitting it up on a desk but holding the iPad needs to be considered as well. The cover is well made and has a soft material inside that covers the screen. The closure also holds the pen in place when it is closed very well. I just think the cover could be refund more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third UAG cover for an iPad. The first two were for my iPad mini. This one’s for my iPad Pro. Each time they have done exactly what they said they would do and protected my tablet wonderfully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it quite a lot it just has two small problems the clearance surround the button on the top of the unit needs to be expanded a little bit it’s hard to get in there and press. The cover for the front screen needs to be reinforce somehow it slides back-and-forth and doesn’t make a good seal and therefore the unit does not go into lock mode without it aligning perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Case, It's nice looking, and seems very sturdy. Not sure if it's just me, but my apple stylus is very loose in the cradle, and falls out frequently. I need to make a mental note when opening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good protection and adjustability but not the sturdiest case, it can be flimsy in some positions but that is the sacrifice for it's light weight, I suspect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd ipad pro case. It definitely protects the ipad. Since I use the ipad pro for flying drones, I take it out of the UAG case while flying. this latest version seems to fit a bit tighter, so I have to soften it up by placing it in the sun before refitting. Also, there's a raised lip by the power button that I had to cut off to get sccess to the power button. Other than these 2 minor issues, it's great case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product itself is perfect. It fits well and appears lighter than previous versions. The new material should last longer, we will see. Nonetheless, I preordered it and when the due date arrived, my order was still pending. I reached out and it seemed my order was lost in the shuffle. The agent did a few searches and finally found my order. I received it a week later, I guess stuff happens, but everything was sorted out in the end.

The only problem with case is the area where you have to place your finger to unlock the iPad. It is far to tight and rather inconvenient to place your finger to unlock it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the near exact same predecessor to this model - the materials and build were near identical. It lasted poorly, especially as it was a ‘tough’ product. Dirtied quickly and material started tearing . Not overly impressed.
