You dont even have to buy their brand refill. Dog bags work. But the dispenser is great. I was surprised by how much we use this. Alot of dr's make you take your diapers home due to the smell.

I think I'm refilling them wrong?
The concept is great however I found they never quite rolled out as easy as they should. Maybe it wasn’t clicking in right when refilling I’m not sure, but not a huge fan besides the fact that the bags were easier to find than sifting through a bag?

SO CONVENIENT!

It has a lanyard/clip thingamabob that hooks onto almost anything do that it's always in easy reach. The bags rotate very easily inside with the twist of the knob on the outside therefore your never fighting trying to get a bag out while your in a public restroom with a screaming toddler and a soiled diaper in your hand. ABSOLUTELY LOVE.
