Q: Does it have to stay in the freezer or fridge at all times?

A: Hi there. Thank you for your interest in our Udi's Delicious Whole Grain Bread. Our frozen products should be stored in the freezer until ready to use. A "best if used by" date is laser printed on our frozen products. If stored properly, the product should be used by the 'Best if Used By' date for optimum quality. Do not thaw our frozen products. They are designed so that optimum quality is achieved when heated directly from a frozen state. If the product has been thawed, do not use the product. We hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Q: is it Kosher? The udi's in a green bag is but I don't see it in your store.

Best GF bread around!
I discovered this bread when I ordered a gf sandwich at a local deli. It was so good I called and asked them which type of bread they used. They kindly told me this one! It’s delicious to make grilled cheese or toast with. Most gf breads are not good on their own but if you lightly toast this one, it tastes like regular bread to me! Even my picky teenager loves it!

I needed dairy free and gluten free bread without corn/egg yolks. Literally every other bread either has dairy/corn/egg or tastes horrible. This just tastes of normal bread and it’s the right consistency (not crumbly and dry like the live gluten free brand). The only thing I’d change is the price, but every allergy has its downsides.

The bread is mushy and the edges are hard. Buy the Canyon Bakehouse instead. You can make French toast with this, but the texture is spongy for a sandwich.

My favorite gluten free bread
I have Celiac and this has by far been the best gluten-free bread I’ve had. The flavor, size, and texture is overall better than many other options I’ve tried. I believe it is supposed to be frozen but I prefer to keep it in the refrigerator before using.
