Don't want to pay for mostly awful sauce. Requires special preparation to be edible.
These are very overpriced for a bag of mostly bad tasting sauce. The sauce tastes like cheap frozen dinner sauce. It is not good ait makes up most of the weight in this bag. It's just filler. If it tasted good, it wouldn't be as annoying that there's so much filler. Anyway, the ravioli itself is just OK... it needs to be cooked a while or it tastes how dog food smells. Problem is they fall apart and the cheese comes out if you cook them long enough that they don't taste like dog food. The only way I've eaten this and enjoyed it is by baking it with my own sauce. For all the kids who don't know how to cook: Preheat your oven to 350. Get a glass baking pan or dish (probably will need a small one unless you have multiple bags of this) and coat it lightly with olive oil, then put a thin layer of your favorite pasta sauce on the bottom. Then add your ravioli layer and cover the ravioli with your sauce (probably a lot of sauce). You can add a layer of cheese (mozzarella) on top if you want. Cover the pan with a lid or foil (as tightly as possible, but don't stress about it). If you have a lot of ravioli you can also layer ravioli, sauce, cheese, sauce ravioli... Cover and bake it in the oven at 350 deg F for an hour or so (depending on your oven/elevation) and remove the cover for the last 10-15 minutes depending on how browned you like your cheese. Perhaps the most important step, aside from actually preheating your oven, is to wait 20-30 minutes for it to cool, unless you enjoy a mouthful of lava.

Bag Includes Sauce!
This was such a delicious and easy gf dinner! I was surprised that the bag included sauce with the ravioli as I did not see that in the listing but it was soooo good!!

Great Gluten Free Ravioli!
It’s pricey but really good and serves two for dinner! I make this at night and save half for lunch the next day usually!

Expired
I bought this product on June 2025. I didn’t check it until I was ready to make it. When checking the package it says best by May 2024. I placed my order over a year after the best by date. This was a curbside pick up. I am never trusting this again!!

ooey gooey in a bad way
I prepared these in the microwave so i am sure that's partially to blame for texture, but the flavor was also not neutral. I got cheese ravioli for their basic universal appeal but something was different about these.

Not what you think
Yes the ravioli tastes great. Great flavor and texture. But look carefully at the package and you will see that it is only 12 raviolis. All the extra weight is frozen sauce. No mention of the sauce in description. You would only wonder when you get to the directions and the ingredients list. We found out after opening the bag. Large number of cute little sauce nuggets which we did not use, since we had our own sauce. Also decided that baking the ravioli in the sauce would be preferable to either of the cooking methods. Still...enjoyable. Glad we bought two packages or we would have gone hungry.

Awful flavour
Awful flavour, had to throw it out. I wanted to throw up because of how bad it was. The ravioli had a plastic like smell and a really bad taste. Would never buy again, not worth it

Fall apart
This is my 3rd & last time trying these. Perhaps it’s user error (ie-me) but I have not once cooked these & had them remain intact. This time they ruined the sauté pan I used. Will not buy again.

Tastes exactly like regular ravioli!!!
DELICIOUS!!! So it's frozen and when I opened the bag there were blocks of sauce. I used my own sauce because I'm partial to my own 😉 I put a small container of my sauce in a non stick pan and added the frozen ravioli in one layer covered and cooked for 14 min stirring occasionally being sure not to break ravioli. They were glorious! I highly recommend. I would not boil like I do with regular ravioli. If you follow the directions you will not be disappointed! 10 out of 10 would never have known they were gluten free by the taste and texture! Worth every penny.

terrible, terrible for you
I almost didn't buy them because half the bag had 30-something percent of your sodium for the day, but I figured I'd eat half and save half for leftovers. Then I opened the package - and there were a grand total of 12 raviolis in the bag. The whole bag is not enough for a dinner - with 80-something percent of your sodium for the day and over 800 calories. The sauce tastes like nacho cheese from the ballpark and I couldn't eat it. I pretty much scraped it off. Will never buy again.

Gross
I don’t understand the 5 star reviews on this. This was not appetizing. The ricotta tasted unpleasant. It had a gritty texture. I tried to like it by melting cheese on top but I had to toss it. It was making me queasy.

Disgusting
Had to spit it out it was so disgusting. I could not finish one single bite. I would not wish this meal on my worst enemy. I would not feed this to a prisoner on death row I would give -500 stars if I could.

Delicious!
We love these fat little pillows filled with delicious cheese. The sauce is very tasty and there is enough of it for all the raviolis, but you could always add more of your own if you like it extra saucy. Add a little salad and you have a delicious complete dinner in under 15 minutes.

Plastic foreign matter in GF three cheese ravioli
I was UNPLEASANTLY surprised when I emptied a bag of the Udis GF three cheese ravioli into the skillet on 12/30/2023 to find a piece of thin clear sticky plastic come out of the bag with the ravioli. I usually buy GF cheese ravioli and the GF lasagna but after this I'm looking for a new brand. At very least the quality control in the factory is disturbingly lacking.

Excellent pasta
This meal was tasty and satisfying. The texture of the pasta was excellent. I used the stovetop method as recommended, but only cooked half the package. Excellent results. I will purchase again.

Great GF texture but bad taste
My family was really looking forward to this meal but it was odd tasting. For a gf ravioli it was good texture. The sauce or cheese, we cannot tell which one, but it seemed off.

Finally, a Fantastic GF Ravioli!
While of course I could easily sink a bag of these myself - throw in a side salad and a piece of garlic parmesan cheesy toast and its plenty of food for my wife and myself. We LOVE them!

Good flavor and texture
These were very good. My daughter is autistic and eats a gluten free diet. We have been trying more convenience foods for quick meals. The cooking method helps the ravioli to not get too mushy. The sauce was good and I often find tomato sauces on frozen foods to have a weird flavor. This was better than most. The portion is a little small especially for the price. It was barely enough to feed two adults and a child. I will keep these on hand for a quick dinner.
