  • A: Hello, While we believe that the product is safe for children under 8, our standard recommendation is for children 8 and up. Children under 8 may not be active enough to make good use of the electrolytes in each serving and if taken in excess could cause an upset stomach or diarrhea.

I don't always use the entire pack at once, but the flavors are all good. I like the lemonade, raspberry and cherry one the best as they have the most strong flavor. I still drink these after hot yoga too and they really help! I also like that there's zero sugar.

    Not for me

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this product. I stumbled across it via a social media content creator who was promoting it. Unfortunately I’m disappointed in this drink, as it’s so very sweet. I honestly have no idea how people drink an entire packet of this. Or maybe my taste buds are too sensitive. It now sits, basically brand new with only 2 packets of this product used, on my pantry shelf. While I have boys in daily sports, I was hoping maybe they would like it. Sadly, they agreed with me. One saying it was almost like a sweet fruity syrup. Obviously I’m only one person, so my opinion is so very minimal. That’s my review, tho.

    The best electrolytes on the market!!!

I personally love Blue Raspberry, Cherry Pomegranate and Lemonade. Sometimes I mix them to add to my flavor catalog. These are definitely a must try!!!

    Decent electrolytes drink

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are decent. My metabolic clearing doctor recommended these so I bought them. Not much flavor to them though. I've started using less water just to get more flavor from them. I like that they are made with clean ingredients. I don't drink them everyday as they are expensive to me. I like that they are easy to travel with as well. I'll be drinking these on my upcoming Caribbean cruise.
