A: Hi SunnyOne23, due to the friction between material(s), the presence of any layer of fabric on your mattress will not be 100% silent. This pad is not treated with any kind of laminate which should minimize any noise while maximizing the protective benefit it offers – the prevention of allergens from coming into contact with your mattress.

Q: I have a RV foam mattress with a 2 in. memory foam topper enclosed in the AllerEase Ultimate mattress protector. Can I place this mattress pad on top? Is the pad breathable?
A: The Twin/TwinXL/Full mattress pads will stretch up to 14" and the Queen/King will stretch up to 17" to potentially cover the mattress and any toppers.
