Don’t have to take meds anymore
My friend told me about Omega 3/6/9 to lower her cholesterol and I needed to get mine lower also my Dr was surprised that I lowered it by 15 points and now I’m off my cholesterol meds and I also take Apple cider and vinegar and have been able to stop Prilosec no more acid reflux

Good but not great product
I'm satisfied enough, but next time I need to order an Omega capsule formula, I'll likely choose another brand, one with, hopefully, an easier to break open shell, as I bite into the capsule before swallowing for easier assimilation.

When I take Omega, I always break the fish oil pill in my mouth to get immediate effect. The brand is one of the few I have had that releases strong fish taste indicating the content is concentrate. I have not used it log enough to get a more elaborate report but overall experience is good.
