[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart ring and wasn’t too sure what to expect from it, but the amount of features and information this ring gives you is incredible! I for the most part use it to track my sleep, heart rate and steps but it gives you in depth tracking telling you specific things you need to improve on etc! I’m really blown away by this little ring and all the features it gives you, not to mention that the app itself is free to use with no subscription. The battery on the ring is long lasting too with me only charging once around every 4-6 days in turbo mode (you can get longer lasting battery by changing modes) I’m incredibly impressed and pleased with this ring. Before you get the ring you get a sizing kit to figure out exactly what size you need and different finishes so you can pick your perfect ring from home. My only reason for giving it a 4/5 is how easily the finish does seem to get on the underside of the ring which I’ve tried to show in pictures, I’ve had it less than a month and during daily activities it has become quite heavily scratched already, but overall i do think the amount of information this little piece of kit gives you well outweighs the negatives!

The smart ring tells you a massive amount of information and measures a lot of metrics to make sure that you get a great idea of how your body is performing. The main issue with the ring is that it doesn’t really track your fitness as much, it seems to focus on the recovery aspects of things rather than fitness and that is what I would want to concentrate on. It tells me how I have slept and how much sleep debt I have, it also has a cool age feature. Ultrahuman sent the sizer pack and then shortly after the ring arrived. The ring itself is a great colour and is really resistant to scratching etc even thought it is polished. Overall, I really like this smart ring and I have added it to my daily wearing habits… it just won’t replace your smart watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent out a sizing kit prior to choosing the actual colour and size of the ring I wanted. It was nice being able to see colours and the raw titanium I chose matched the test colour perfectly. Sizing wise, I wish there were half sizes. I was in between two sizes so had to go with what my gut was telling me. Luckily, I chose the correct size. The ring itself is superb quality. It is well-built and looks incredible on my hand. It is comfortable and is lightweight. I love all the tracking features, but there are times I feel overwhelmed with all the information and don’t know where to look. Additionally, it says I’m asleep at times when I’m still awake. Plus the heart rate it measures me as having is sometimes completely different to a smart watch I wear. However, all-in-all, I’m very happy with this ring and certainly plan on wearing it for a very long time.

The design is sleek, modern, and comfortable enough that I often forget I’m wearing it. It tracks sleep, recovery, and movement well, and the app makes the insights easy to understand without feeling overwhelming. The sleep tracking, in particular, has been really interesting and has helped me pay more attention to my rest and recovery. The only real drawback I’ve noticed is the battery life—it needs to be charged about every 2 days, which can be a little inconvenient at times. Overall, it’s a solid device that provides helpful health insights in a simple and accessible way. I’m grateful for the chance to test it out, and I’ll definitely keep using it to track my daily wellness.

Ring is comfortable and readings are accurate compared to other smart product used. I think the battery life is adequate for such a small product 3/4 days on turbo mode. This however is the one thing that lets the app down a push notification to say charge soon would be simple to implement and massively useful to users for what is a nice to have product. Overall I like the product and will continue to use it as a daily use device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly you receive a box with different plastic rings for sizing to your finger of choice, you wear it for the dsy and night to test it's comfort. The box also has a few different colour half rings so you can choose the volour you'd like. I ordered the Matt Grey ring, which only took a week to make and arrive. The ring fits my finger perfectly, its relatively comfortable (slightly thicker than standard rings, but easily comfortable enough to wear on a constant basis. The app registers more than any smart watch i've ever seen. Sleep patterns, ideal caffeine windows, resting/sleeping heart rate, current heart rate and calories and steps taken. There is more in the app that i'd never use but I can see the appeal for the further information to the super health folks. It does everything I need as a fitness tracker and more. The ideal fitness gadget for keeping track of basically everything! Comes with a wireless charging pad that is used maybe once every 2 days in full-fat Turbo Mode. And up to a week in chill mode (my setting of choice)

The dock is excellent and fits in well on a side table/desk. Battery life is good with the ring lasting quite a few days before requiring charging. The insights given from the ring are brilliant, and the evolving nature of recommendations shows how you can help yourself improve wellness, sleep and stress levels. Sleep insights have been accurate for me and provides interesting information on caffeine intake etc to help get the most restful nights sleep. Would recommend as the ring opens lines of thought that weren’t previously there and has helped optimise my routine for my lifestyle.

It has a lot of health features, such as various heart rate and stress features. It’s a very sleek ring that doesn’t feel too heavy or bulky. However, this isn’t as accurate as my Apple Watch, and the Ultrahuman app could do with some work, as it’s quite glitchy and app performance could be better.

Like, you forget it’s even on your finger. Nothing chunky, no weird bumps digging into your skin. Just smooth, sleek, and kind of cool looking. I went with the aster black finish, and it hasn’t scratched up yet, which is a win. Setup was easy. You get a sizing kit first (definitely use it), and once it’s on, it starts tracking everything, heart rate, sleep, movement, even skin temp. It’s like having a tiny health nerd on your finger. The app is a bit much. It throws terms at you like “permissible caffeine window” and breaks down your sleep like it’s decoding the Matrix. But the data seems solid, and it doesn’t make you pay a subscription fee, which is rare these days. Charging takes a while, so don’t forget to plug it in before bed if it’s low. If you want a smart ring that’s comfy, stylish, and packed with health info (without monthly fees), the Ultrahuman Ring Air is a solid pick. Just be ready for an app that talks like it’s training you for the Olympics.

Looks amazing and made with very good material. Very comfortable on my finger and feels like its not even there whilst it does it work in the background. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, they send you a really handy sizing kit to ensure you order the correct size ring for your finger. I usually find jewellery uncomfortable to wear but I’ve had no issues with the Ultrahuman Ring AIR. I’ve worn this every day for the last 2 weeks and I absolutely love it. I wear it all day and all night to get the most of out the ring so it can collect as much data as possible. I used it on the “turbo mode” which claims to use “significantly higher battery”, however despite this I have only had to charge it twice over the whole duration so the battery life is fantastic… It also charges really quickly. Using the Ultrahuman app to view the data it provides really useful information such as sleep analysis, temperature deviation, restorative sleep, steps, active hours, resting heart rate and heart rate variation, (plus loads more, too much to list). It also provides lots of useful information and tips on how to improve your health based on the data it has collected. Some data is locked such as the blood age data which isn’t yet available in the UK. The data does deviate from my Apple Watch Ultra 2. For example my watch may say I’ve done 20,000 steps but the ring will only say 12,000 and my watch may say my heart rate is 160bpm (while working out) and the ring will say 130bpm. There’s only one thing I wasn’t a fan of and that is the app. The app just throws all the information on one page with links to view the data. I wish it was categorised easier and clearer as you get lost in the data. Overall I would definitely recommend the ring.

Accuracy unbelievable and must say that the durability is very good, you don’t have to charge the ring every day.
