Nothing stops squirrels… this device didn’t have option/setting for them.

This product doesn't work for either cats or dogs. I bought 2 of them and cats and dogs went pooping next to it even though I have changed the settings many times to repell both dogs & cats,the whole neighborhood's animals come to my yard to use it as a bathroom :( . it makes a sound but not enough to bother them I'm guessing. I've had them for 3 months already and I would not recommend this product!

We had squirrels nesting in the ceiling above our bay window. I put this in the attic against the wall adjacent to that window and the squirrels were gone almost immediately. This worked really well for me.

I had high hopes this would work. I set it up on top rail of my fence facing towards my fig tree. It did absolutely nothing to deter birds and squirels. Squirrels actually back and forth across the top of the unit. I tried several setting, but nothing worked. Save your money, this product does not do what it promises.

5 years ago I ordered this item. It still works great! MUST read directions for settings located inside. I use electric chords & solar. Now have 6.

Have had this item in use for about two weeks, but it has not done anything to keep the neighbors cats and dog away. I am going to try it for a bit longer, and hope it will work. If is does not I am going to return it!

Waste of money it doesn't work at all.

Does not work for rabbits or deer. I am returning the item asap.

Someone must have told the neighbors dogs it was here, sine I plugged this in, no more problems. Now they cap in someone else's yard, not mine.

This has got to be the BEST purchase I have ever made!!! We were having trouble with the neighbors 5 little dogs running into our yard and barking at us, and anyone else who came to visit. We would come home and find them laying in our yard or under our carport. Not anymore!! Since buying the Ultrasonic Animal Repeller, no more dogs!!

It worked. Dogs hate it and they dont poop on my lawn anymore. I mounted the yard-gard on my planter and pointed it toward the street to cover my entire front yard. The only problem was that every time a car went by, it triggered the motion sensor. It was on too often, and my batteries wore out weekly. When the batteries started to go out, the motion sensor stopped working and it stayed on all the time. It brought my batteries to a shorter life. I changed batteries weekly and the motion sensor worked again with fresh batteries. It actually was working too good because some very young children across the street could hear that frequency. That same neighbor has a horrible pit bull that didn't like it and that pit bull stopped sitting on his front porch. That neighbor complained so I moved the yard-gard to the edge of the sidewalk and pointed it directly toward my house. That solved the problem. That neighbors kids and his pit bull could not hear it anymore, my batteries lasted longer, and still no dog poop on my front lawn. The battery bay was fragile and it broke from changing the batteries too many times, but they sent me a new yard guard. First class customer service by Target.

Although there is a setting for dogs, dogs are totally unaffected by this product. Anyway, the unit is hard to hide from the passing dog walkers, with the big red glowing light at night.

I just mounted it to a stake 2' tall and stuck it in the ground. Set it for skunks and my problems are solved. Batteries last 3-4 weeks but the critters are gone. Thank you!

very good value easy to use

Delivery was timely and it works great. We have a rabbits and groundhogs on our property and so far it is keeping them away from my vegetable garden.

We have always loved our yard guard has kept the squirrels and raccoons and cats. Love our yard thank youI would like to add we wish your guards were waterproof and dry for the electronics we really love our yard guard

We purchased this item as it indicated it would deter birds. We installed it and it is working however if anything we seem to have more bird droppings than before. There seems to be no effect on birds. They should remove that it works on bird from it's labelling.

It has been 2 weeks no sign of droppings, but NO definitive proof the ultrasound really deter skunks and cats. I can see the red led come on when I walk in range, which mean the motion detector works. There is a chirping sound when motion is detected. I have it dial to deter cats, so, that explains why I still see squirrels and birds. The ultrasound is set with a dial which mean you may have to play with it to get the right frequency. The ultrasound can come on when motion is detected or on constantly. My yard is fenced so hopefully it won't bother my neighbors dog. It does have a dog range on the dial. Its been out in the rain a few times, still working. For the price it was worth trying.

Very easy to install

not very effective. Tried to use on neighbours dogs that won't stop barking at absolutely nothing. She even has a bark collar on them,which they bark through. In conclusion, without a LOT of further training, will not work
