Tania Manczarek, MSW, LCSW is a licensed psychotherapist who focuses on empowering women to lead genuine and fully expressed lives. She has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and considers herself to be a "holistic therapist" focused on the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Tania draws upon her experiences traveling to 21 countries and living in France, as well as her training in different modalities such as yoga, meditation, hypnosis, energy healing and various spiritual practices.
