Another reviewer stated they have ADHD and I also have ADHD, and this planner works perfectly for me. It’s simple and straight to the point. I love the minimalist aesthetic of it. There’s no pre-printed dates, so there’s no waste if you skip a day. I’m able to have all of the most important stuff right in front of me. The magnetic book mark is a great detail.
