Runs very small
FYI: I ordered an XL, and as a woman that wears a size 14, sure, I’m a bit overweight. But the largest size is so tight that I’m not sure if I can wear it for a full shift. And there are a LOT of folks with bigger arms than me - including most men. This item won’t fit most.
