It'll do

This was my first time using an uncrustables style sandwich maker. I intentionally chose this one because it seemed larger than others but I wonder if it’s too big. I tried to use some more oval soft sourdough bread and it was too small. I had some Pepperidge farm wide loaf bread and that worked, but it that just fit. It also is a bit of trial and error to figure out how to align the bread to get all the crust off. Some crust got squished into the sandwich, luckily the toddler didn’t have a fit. This will do in a pinch, but I wish more quality brands would make this item using higher quality materials and a more intuitive design.
