Awkward cut, feels cheap.

This feels cheap and gross when I touch it, not like cotton at all. The top is also cut very narrow, so it looks awkward when wearing it. I’m a pretty small woman (0/2), and still it’s very narrow across my torso, leaving a lot exposed on the sides. The model must be extraordinarily small because it looks “normal” on her. Lastly it just doesn’t appear well made. I immediately noticed loose/fallen stitching before even taking it out. This wasn’t sold by Target - but rather a third party. I prefer Target to Amazon, and I hope they don’t become like Amazon with unregulated third party sellers.
