For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Looks good in kitchen
I purchased two of these runners to use in my kitchen. They're lovely! Because they came in two different batches, I received the first one several days before the second, and I was puzzled....and wrote a rather noncommital review, which I'd like to retract. My only issue with either rug is that it's hard to get them to "uncurl" on the ends, so nobody trips on it. I got a rug pad, which is helping.

Beautiful Rug and Fast Delivery
I bought this to match my home decor. It works perfect. The rug stopper was cut too big so I do have to cut that smaller so it wont show.
