Color is NOT as pictured!
I ordered this rug thinking it was this medium chestnut brown as pictured BUT it is a VERY dark brown and dreary looking! Quality is very good though and shipping was quick but I’m using it somewhere else, not where I intended.

Bought it for kitchen better for outside
Colors not as advertised. It is very dark and only brown. The design is nice and quality is okay for the price. I got it from my kitchen and it fits well. As of the reviewers have said you really need to have a mat underneath it. I did not order mine at the same time and I almost fell three times just stepping on the rug. You will want it for comfort as well it. It's probably better for outdoors but it's good for the kitchen because you can clean it and it will protect your floors.

Bought this to change up my balcony, where I seem to spend 80% of my time these days. The rug is fabulous, great colors, and feels nice under my feet...I kinda wish I had gotten a larger size to cover the entire floor but...this is so pretty!

Return Refund
I really like the rugs but I had to return one which was No problem but they take a long time to refund. I was not able to Exchange so I am forced to cancel. I reordered so now I have paid money out again and refund takes forever. Otherwise I am pleased with one of two carpets I kept.

My wife ordered 2 of these beautiful rugs they are of the highest quality , we had a problem with 1 of them. & Stephen E. Help us , and he and his manager said that they would ship out a replacement one asap. They were absolutely easy to deal with and honestly cared about standing behind their product & making up happy. I highly reccomend their products
