Oh darn a defect on my beautiful rug.
Was excited about the size and pattern of this rug. After I laid it in its proper place I soon noticed a spot of nap that wouldn’t improve after I tried rubbing it. Turns out it was a fold in the nap seemingly from the trimmer. Looks like it got bogged down and bunched up so the fibers were longer than the rest of the rug. Quick action from customer service to choose a reason for return. They even saved me the hassle of returning the rug and that a refund was coming in a few days. Easy. I will gladly go to Rugs.com for future items for purchase.

Birthday success
I bought this rug for my momn for her birthday. She loves roosters and hates her white tile kitchen floor. I was able to have it down on the floor when she came in to get her morning coffee. She loves it!!!

Mix & Match
I bought the 4'x4' pastoral round rug to go under my kitchen table. Much softer for my feet than plank flooring. It was on sale and I love it. I live out in the country and the theme is appropriate. Then I saw that they had the runner on sale and instead of buying the same color I decided to contrast it with the black background. They are close enough in location that they compliment each other. I love the runner as well and it was on sale! So am very happy.

This is the second rug I've ordered and I am very happy with Rugs.com. The shipping in very fast and the quality of the rugs is great. This 4-ft round rug has a woven jute carpet- type backing and it lays nicely flat after 24 hours of being re-rolled, rug-side out.
