Why are they so dirty!??
Rug is pretty, quality is questionable theres a lot of fraying, i can get past it. I just opened these. My biggest issue is how dirty they are. Black specks everywhere. I used my cordless on medium suction Dyson and had to empty is 3 times!!! (See photo) im uncomfortable using them because theyre so dirty so Im probably going to end up buying new rugs elsewhere. I keep a clean home and sweep/mop 2 or more times a week. This isn’t acceptable for “new” rugs!!! Wont be buying from here again.

Chic Rug!!!
I purchased this rug to use as a runner for my master bathroom. Loved it so much that I bought another one for the main bath. It is striking and SURPRISINGLY NOT irritating or itchy on our feet. I did notice some fine grit underneath it when I moved it to clean the floor after having it for only about two weeks. This grit wasn’t brought into the house by us, rather came from the rug itself. Hopefully, it will stop shedding. Overall, tickled pink with my purchase.

Beautiful but Delicate
I bought this rug in a runner, a small 3', and a room size 13'. They are absolutely gorgeous, the most beautiful blue and tan shades in natural jute and denim braids. The only issue is, when they are vacuumed, little ends pop up and out of the braids. I tuck the denim ones back in as best as I can, and trim the jute. I bought a very expensive Sebo vaccum cleaner where you can turn off the beater brushes, to have a vacuum that wouldn't be too hard on my rugs. Hopefully that will be enough to protect them. I've only had them a few months but I can already see I'll need to clean the ones in my kitchen soon (the runner and 3' ones) and really not sure how I'll do that. (They do have a dampish odor when you unwrap the new rug, this fades after a few days for the smaller ones, a few weeks for the 13'.) So yes they are absolutely gorgeous, look high end, so warm and beautiful underfoot...but be aware they may require some babying to care form
