Plush & Stylish
First and foremost, I received both my 8x8 and runners at the same time a day earlier than expected so well done Rugs.com. Both are true to size and color. No surprises there which was also great. The rugs were exactly what I wanted and the plush shag really makes my apartment feel cozy. The price was very right as I purchased while on sale during Labor Day and I am happy with this purchase… except for how the carpet material doesn’t reach the edges in some spots which if the shag lays a certain way, you can see the “frame” of the rugs. You do have to vacuum upon receipt to ensure the pile fluffs up after transport, but even after doing this, it still wasn’t enough to fill the entire frame. Fix this and this is easily a 5 star rug at 5 star pricing.
