Lovely rug, nice hand, silky, great pattern. My only complaint is that I trip on the fringe all the time, it just won't lay down, even with rug tape. Am trying to figure out how to remove it.

Long hallway
I purchased 1 13 ft runner which I received in a couple of days… My hallway is so long I decided to get another… When I put the second one down, we were all convinced that there was a color difference so I called you and you were willing to do anything to make me happy so I arranged for another rug to be sent and then after further examination determined that it was just a shadow, causing the color change at the end of each rug, depending on where you were standing so I called back thanked them profusely and canceled the third rug ... your customer service was impeccable. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another rug from you. Thank you.
