Runner Rug
It was exactly the way it looked in the picture. It was nice to receive the delivery updates and they email you on how to unroll it and get rid of the ripples. Good quality. Well worth the price. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Runner!
This rug is thick and beautiful and I was so, so pleased to find one that was wide and long enough for my long hallway! It's beautiful and looks even better than the online photos. I had tried some other runners from another company and they were just so cheap and not wide enough and this one is just so perfect for my space. I got the recommended non slip pads and let me tell you, they make this runner feel plush and expensive while also keeping it in place!

Too wide
I was disappointed in this runner. I measured my hallway and it's 3 ft. wide. so I ordered the runner 3 ft. and it didn't fit, it was too wide so I had to return it.

Looks like a million bucks.
This rug arrived quickly -- two days after I ordered it. That was impressive. It looks amazing in our entry hall. I hope that the quality lives up to its rich look. If it does I can changed my 4 star review to 5!!! I will be following the instructions on care faithfully. It measures about a foot longer than 13'. and certainly looks like a much more expensive rug.
