Q: How o get the creases and fold marks out of these rugs. I bought a round and square one.

A: Hello. If you would like to fasten the flattening process, we recommend rolling the rug in the opposite direction, while applying pressure to the rug. For example, take the edge of the rug and flip it on top of itself slightly where there is a crease or bump, and slowly pull the rug back to its place, while applying a downward pressure on the crease. This is the method we use in our facility to remove the creases from the rug. For severe creases, you can steam the rug or you can place it top side down on the floor, place some damp towels on the back side and iron over them.

A: Hi Lee. The Unique Loom Outdoor Solid Area Rug does not have a non-slip backing. We do recommend purchasing a non-slip pad (for outdoor use) if the rug is going on a hard smooth surface flooring.

This rug is exceptional. I use it in the summers of Ca for our outdoor deck. We are right on the water and it holds up well in the heat and the occasional summer rain, as well as being sprayed on sometimes when I water my potted plants near the rug. Very nice as it keeps our feet protected from the hot deck during the day and also in the cool nights.

I loved this and it fit our gazebo perfectly unfortunately I was not able to take a picture because it was ruined by squirrels 3 days after I put it down and I had to get rid of it. So maybe would not recommend of you live in the woods.

I purchased 2 of these rugs and I love them. They turn colors depending on the daylight. On a bright day like today sunny, they are definitly red/rust and they match my runners (which I got months ago on rugs.com). I couldn't be happier.

The rug is pretty, but very, very thin with no backing at all. It absolutely needs a pad. The problem was finding a 5'3" x 8 pad. Most are only 5' x 7'. I finally found a 5' x 8' and that will have to do.
