Love the design of this rug. It’s also very soft which we also love. The down side is it doesn’t want to lay flat. I keep trying and hoping but I don’t know if these wrinkles are ever going to go away. It also had a small spot that was messed up but I didn’t want to mess with a return so we just decided to keep it.

Good quality and size for the price. Definitely need a non slip rug liner underneath if you are using it on a floor that has no traction Linoleum, hardwood, etc

In the picture the color is perfect for the room I was decorating. Unfortunately in person the color is much lighter and didn’t fit the decor. Even though is beautiful.

It's good for the price. It's the largest rug I've gotten from rugs.com, and I'm having a hard time with some folds that were within the roll and are refusing to come out. I've vacuumed, pressed with a heavy object, etc. I'm sure it'll get there in a few more weeks.

I purchased this rug in November. I have tried every trick to flatten it and it keeps buckling. I also noticed a weave defect and some of the pile is fuzzy in spots.
