Love this rug!
I've been shopping around for an area rug for a couple of months and couldn't find one I was happy with because they're generally so expensive. I got this rug on sale for Black Friday and got a great deal! It is good quality and the colors are deep and vibrant, but not obtrusive. The navy blue does show my cat's hair easily, but the rug is very easy to vacuum. There was a slight smell when the rug was first delivered, but it went away quickly within a few days. Shipping was also VERY fast. My rug actually got misdelivered to a neighbor. But while I was trying to figure out what happened to it, the customer service team was excellent! Very responsive, took my query seriously, and immediately took steps to address it. I am very happy with my purchase!

Beautiful rug! Bright colors and huge area cover!
Love it. First time purchase from this site. Came next week. Looks just like the picture. It had a few loose strands but they worn into the rug as it stated they would, do not cut the strands if loose! No regrets at this price. I'll be back for more to cover this rental house carpets.

Really Nice Rug for the Price!
Very pleased with this rug. The color shown online is spot on in person, This isn't a thick, plush area rug by any means, BUT it is very attractive and seemingly well made. The pad that is offered is a definite necessity - without a substantial pad the rug would look too thin. The rug was delivered in 2 days, it took 5 days for the pad. While waiting for the pad I was able to flatten out the little "humps" in the end of the rug that was rolled tightly for shipping by laying my dining room table leafs on it. As I said, this isn't a deep pile, luxury rug, but for $69 it's a great buy. I'm not disappointed at all.

Pleasantly Surprised
I got this rug on a sale and I was pleasantly surprised it is well made and well worth the price. I like the feature that you can display it virtually before you buy. Perfect, it looks exactly as it showed. I will always buy my rugs from rugs.com for sure.

This is not a premium rug. But given the price the quality is impressive. It looks and feels right, it is a bit thin which can be fixed with a pad. As far as I can tell, the frame around it is not all the same size, and that is perhaps why it was sold for less. In my case it doesn't bother me because that side will stay under the couch!
