For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Found this rug for our new family room layout. Fits the room perfectly. The only reason not 5 star is that it is taking a long time to settle flat, and the color is a little lighter than the picture indicated. Otherwise, we'll make it work. Love that it got here so fast.

Perfect welcome rug that set the mood of youthful and retro whimsey. It's my third one. They last a long time unless your like me and have a dog who get sick a lot and goes run for the rug to make a mess. Good thing they are not too much money or he wold be in trouble.

I really like the color and quality of the rug (10 x 14 taupe) but I'm concerned about whether all the bumps and ripples will flatten out in time. It was folded up in a bundle instead of being rolled up.

I originally chose a rug that was a super soft shag by the Maryland collection. I loved it so much but the color was off and a suitable color option was not available. This was the only shag rug offered by Rugs that would work with my decor. It is a rough yarn that is machine vented, reminding me of the hair of a dollar store doll. In the end, I'm keeping it because it's not expensive and I'll replace it with the right rug when I find one from another retailer. I must say that the rug company has been great to deal with. They made my return easy.
