Unique Vintage 1930s Women's Swing Dress

Fits very well and the color is beautiful. Just what I was looking for to wear to an upcoming wedding.

Unfortunately (after many wonderful purchases from Unique Vintage) i was extremely disappointed in the poor quality of this dress. It was cheaply constructed with no zipper just a gathering of elastic at the back like many cheap fast fashion dresses. I returned the item and will think twice before I make another purchase.

This dress is gorgeous! I bought it for my engagement party. All night I was getting compliments on it. The color on the product photos is brighter and cooler than in real life. It's more of a dark teal. I think it works better and contrasts beautifully with the metallic gold stars. I paired it with the recommended petticoat underneath for full floof-age. I loved it! My only issue was that the sizing ran a bit too big. I followed the measurements on the size chart and landed between Large a and XL, but the Large was still too big. Luckily the dress has a waist tie, so I could cinch it in a bit more.

Unfortunately, the color is significantly misrepresented. A main reason I selected was the gorgeous vivid cerulean shade. When I opened the package to instead find a deep teal, I thought I'd received the wrong dress.

I was a little worried it might have a cheap look or feel to it, but it doesn’t and it’s gorgeous. The fabric has such a beautiful “swish” to it and seems the kind that won’t wrinkle easily. The stars are well applied and don’t look like they’ll fall off, which was another thing I was worried about. It looks elegant but fun; a perfect party dress! And the color is even more beautiful in person!

Absolutely gorgeous! My only downside is that my petticoat isn't fluffy or long enough for it and the dress hits below the knee because I'm 5'3. It works just fine without a petticoat so I'm still pleased
